Born in Marietta, GA, Todd graduated from Southern Poly Technical Institue with a degree in Architectural Engineering of Technology. He has been actively engaged in the residental industry since 1996, and specializes in renovation and restoration of new and old properties.

Since its inception, Refresh Foreclosures has been involved in many facets of the residential construction business specializing in design and restoration of existing houses.
